I had the opportunity of working with varying teams and inviduals, across industries and nationalities. (Unfortunate that digital photos were not a big thing before facebook blew up)

While I was not able to save all the pictures of the people I met, I sure remember lessons and values I learned along the way.

Through the different careers I've been (system administration, quality management, trainer, retail operations, project management), I always find myself delivering results through others. I thrive in challenging colleagues, teammates in recognizing a problem, its root cause or a pattern, accepting constraints, evaluating approach and owning up the solution - or asking for help and giving up if it's the logical next step.
